1. 簡介

本隱私權政策說明「諧典｜CoC 跑團輔助工具」Discord Bot（以下簡稱「本機器人」）如何收集、使用及保護您的資料。使用本機器人即表示您同意本政策所述的資料處理方式。

本機器人是一個用於「克蘇魯的呼喚」(Call of Cthulhu, COC) 桌上角色扮演遊戲的擲骰與跑團輔助工具，提供骰子指令、技能檢定、角色創建、角色代理、提醒、身分組面板及頻道紀錄匯出等功能。

2. 我們處理與儲存的資料

本機器人會處理執行指令所需的訊息及 Discord 識別資訊，並保存使用者建立的設定與功能運作所需的紀錄。

2.1 即時處理的資料

  • 訊息內容：用於辨識擲骰、自訂指令及角色代理等功能。一般指令解析不會將原始訊息全文寫入資料庫。使用者主動設定的指令內容、提醒文字，以及要求匯出的頻道紀錄，依下述方式保存。
  • 成員與權限資訊：用於確認功能使用權限、選擇暗骰接收對象、顯示網頁面板及操作身分組，包括 Discord ID、顯示名稱、頭像與相關權限。
  • 角色資料快取：使用網站角色卡或角色代理時，本機器人會短期快取必要的角色資料與設定，以支援角色選擇、技能檢定及代理發言。
  • 代理訊息原文：部分代理訊息原文會暫存在記憶體中，供指令處理使用，有效期限為 120 秒，到期後自動清理，不寫入 SQLite 資料庫。

2.2 我們儲存的資料

以下功能資料儲存於 BOT 伺服器的 SQLite 資料庫：

個人按鈕配置使用者 ID、按鈕設定、更新時間保存網頁面板配置，保留至覆寫或清除。
角色代理綁定伺服器、使用者與頻道 ID、角色 ID、角色名稱及綁定狀態記住各頻道使用的角色，隨使用者操作更新或解除；必要時保存頻道停用設定。
代理訊息對應紀錄訊息 ID、原發送者 ID、角色名稱、頭像網址、建立時間及處理標記確認代理訊息歸屬並支援編輯等操作。不儲存訊息原文；超過 7 天的紀錄由排程清理。
自訂提醒使用者 ID、提醒時間、提醒文字、目標頻道與伺服器 ID、處理狀態發送指定提醒，正常完成處理後刪除，也可提前刪除。
團務提醒發送紀錄團務 ID、團務時段、發送時間避免重複通知，團務時段超過 7 天後自動清理。
身分組面板伺服器 ID、群組名稱、建立者與時間、身分組與按鈕設定、面板訊息及頻道 ID維持身分組面板運作，保留至相關設定刪除。
語錄籤桶語錄內容、籤桶分類、建立時間提供隨機語錄，由管理員修改或刪除。
功能權限設定功能鎖定狀態、白名單、黑名單、語錄管理權限及相關識別資訊管理功能使用權限與防止濫用，保留至變更或解除。
伺服器使用統計伺服器 ID、日期、每日指令使用次數了解運作情況及偵測異常，目前未設定自動清理期限。
BOT 加入／離開紀錄BOT ID、伺服器 ID 與名稱、加入或離開事件、時間、事件來源及成員數管理 BOT 所在伺服器及排查運作問題，目前未設定自動清理期限。

未提供自行刪除功能的資料，可聯絡開發者提出查詢或刪除請求。

2.3 團錄匯出

為方便玩家保存與回顧跑團過程，本機器人提供團錄匯出功能，將 Discord 頻道或討論串中的角色對話、劇情敘述及擲骰結果等訊息整理為可閱讀的 HTML 團錄。具有「管理伺服器」或「管理員」權限的使用者，可主動要求匯出指定頻道或討論串的歷史訊息。

匯出內容包括訊息文字、發送者顯示資訊、時間，以及相關圖片、嵌入內容與附件資訊。檔案暫存於 BOT 伺服器，下載連結有效期限為 10 分鐘，到期後停止提供下載，並由背景排程清理檔案。

下載採連結存取方式，持有有效連結者可下載匯出檔案。

2.4 維運紀錄

本機器人會產生必要的運作與錯誤紀錄，用於排查問題及確認提醒發送狀態。紀錄可能包含相關使用者、伺服器或頻道 ID、團務名稱、時段及錯誤資訊。

3. 資料的使用方式

我們收集的資料僅用於以下目的：

  1. 提供核心功能：解析使用者輸入的骰子指令並回傳結果
  2. 自訂指令服務：儲存並執行各伺服器建立的自訂快捷指令
  3. Web 面板服務：透過 JWT 驗證使用者身分，提供網頁版擲骰介面
  4. 運作監控：統計各伺服器的指令使用量，偵測異常活動以防止濫用
  5. 提醒服務：在排定的時間發送自訂提醒與團務通知
  6. 其他跑團與伺服器功能：提供角色代理、身分組面板、語錄及使用者要求的頻道紀錄匯出

4. 資料共享與第三方

我們不會出售或出租您的資料，也不會將資料提供給廣告商作行銷用途。

為提供指令回覆、角色代理、身分組操作與提醒等功能，本機器人會透過 Discord 處理必要資料，並依功能需求與諧典網站交換資料。

5. 資料儲存與網站整合

BOT 的功能資料主要儲存於伺服器的 SQLite 資料庫，頻道匯出檔案則短暫存放於伺服器檔案空間。

網頁登入由諧典網站統一處理，本機器人驗證網站簽發的登入憑證。使用網站角色卡、角色代理及素材功能時，相關資料由網站的 Cloudflare D1 資料庫與 R2 儲存服務管理，BOT 依功能需求存取。網站端資料處理方式另見網站隱私權政策。

6. 資料查詢與刪除

您可以使用相應指令或管理介面，修改或刪除自訂指令、提醒及其他個人設定。

將 BOT 移出伺服器後，BOT 將停止處理該伺服器的新訊息。如需一併刪除已保存的伺服器設定與紀錄，或查詢、刪除個人相關資料，請透過 Discord 聯絡 @heavenmoon0107。

7. 兒童隱私

本機器人不會刻意收集 13 歲以下兒童的個人資訊。本機器人遵循 Discord 的服務條款，使用者須符合 Discord 的最低年齡要求。

Tome of Discord｜CoC TRPG Assistant Discord Bot

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how the "Tome of Discord｜CoC TRPG Assistant" Discord Bot (hereinafter referred to as "the Bot") collects, uses, and protects your data. By using the Bot, you agree to the data processing practices described in this policy.

The Bot is a dice-rolling and game session assistant tool designed for the "Call of Cthulhu" (CoC) tabletop role-playing game, providing dice commands, skill checks, character creation, character proxies, reminders, role panels, and channel record exports.

2. Data We Process and Store

The Bot processes messages and Discord identifiers needed to execute commands, and retains user-created settings and records needed to operate its features.

2.1 Data Processed in Real Time

  • Message Content: Used to recognize dice commands, custom commands, character proxy messages, and other features. Ordinary command parsing does not write the full original message text to a database. User-defined command content, reminder text, and requested channel exports are retained as described below.
  • Member and Permission Information: Includes Discord IDs, display names, avatars, and relevant permissions, used to verify feature access, select secret-roll recipients, display the web panel, and manage roles.
  • Character Data Cache: When website character cards or character proxies are used, the Bot temporarily caches necessary character data and settings to support character selection, skill checks, and proxy messages.
  • Original Proxy Message Text: Some original proxy message text is temporarily cached in memory for command processing, with a validity period of 120 seconds. It is automatically cleaned up after expiry and is not written to SQLite.

2.2 Data We Store

The following feature data is stored in SQLite databases on the Bot server:

2.3 Game Session Transcript Exports

To help players preserve and revisit their game sessions, the Bot can export messages from a Discord channel or thread—including character dialogue, narrative descriptions, and dice results—as readable HTML session transcripts. Users with Manage Server or Administrator permission may request an export of historical messages from a specified channel or thread.

Exports include message text, sender display information, timestamps, and related images, embeds, and attachment information. Files are temporarily stored on the Bot server. Download links are valid for 10 minutes; downloads stop after expiry, and a background task cleans up the files.

Downloads use link-based access: anyone holding a valid link can download the exported file.

2.4 Operational Logs

The Bot generates necessary operational and error logs to troubleshoot issues and confirm reminder delivery. Logs may include relevant user, server, or channel IDs, session names, time slots, and error information.

3. How We Use Data

The data we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

  1. Providing Core Functionality: Parsing dice commands entered by users and returning results
  2. Custom Command Service: Storing and executing custom shortcut commands created by each server
  3. Web Panel Service: Verifying user identity via JWT to provide a web-based dice-rolling interface
  4. Operational Monitoring: Tracking command usage per server to detect abnormal activity and prevent abuse
  5. Reminders: Sending custom reminders and game session notifications at scheduled times
  6. Other Game and Server Features: Providing character proxies, role panels, quotes, and user-requested channel record exports

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your data, or provide it to advertisers for marketing purposes.

To provide command replies, character proxies, role operations, reminders, and other features, the Bot processes necessary data through Discord and exchanges data with the Tome of Discord website as needed.

5. Data Storage and Website Integration

Bot feature data is primarily stored in SQLite databases on the server. Channel export files are temporarily stored in the server's file storage.

Web login is centrally handled by the Tome of Discord website, and the Bot verifies credentials issued by that website. When website character cards, character proxies, and assets are used, the associated data is managed through the website's Cloudflare D1 database and R2 storage service, and accessed by the Bot as needed. 6. Data Access and Deletion

You can use the corresponding commands or management interfaces to modify or delete custom commands, reminders, and other personal settings.

After the Bot is removed from a server, it stops processing new messages from that server. To also delete stored server settings and records, or to request access to or deletion of your personal data, please contact @heavenmoon0107 on Discord.

7. Children's Privacy

The Bot does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The Bot complies with Discord's Terms of Service, and users must meet Discord's minimum age requirements.

8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users through the Bot's official announcement channels. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically to stay informed of the latest updates.
