3. 資料的使用方式

我們收集的資料僅用於以下目的：

  2. 自訂指令服務：儲存並執行各伺服器建立的自訂快捷指令
  3. Web 面板服務：透過 JWT 驗證使用者身分，提供網頁版擲骰介面

  5. 團務提醒：在排定的時間發送團務提醒通知

4. 資料共享與第三方

  • 我們不會將您的資料出售、出租或分享給任何第三方
  • 我們不會將資料用於廣告、行銷或用戶分析
  • 本機器人的 Web 面板登入功能由 tome.rikastudio.com 統一處理 Discord OAuth 驗證，本機器人僅驗證該服務簽發的 JWT Token，不會自行處理 Discord OAuth 流程

5. 資料儲存與安全

  • 訊息內容處理：本工具不儲存任何使用者的對話訊息或原始訊息內容。所有訊息僅在記憶體（RAM）中進行即時指令解析，處理完成後立即丟棄，不留紀錄。
  • 功能性資料儲存：僅針對使用者主動建立的「功能性資料」（如自訂指令名稱、Web 面板設定）進行持久化儲存。所有資料皆儲存於本機伺服器（VPS）的 SQLite 資料庫中。
  • 敏感資訊保護：JWT 驗證密鑰、API Token 等敏感設定嚴格透過環境變數 (Environment Variables) 管理，絕不寫入程式碼或公開倉庫。

本工具不具備追蹤使用者身分的功能，亦不會將資料傳輸至第三方服務、廣告商或外部儲存空間。

6. 使用者權利

您擁有以下權利：

  • 刪除自訂指令：使用 remove 指令名 即可刪除您建立的自訂指令
  • 退出服務：將本機器人從您的伺服器中移除後，機器人將不再處理該伺服器的任何訊息。若需要同時刪除該伺服器的已儲存資料（自訂指令、使用統計），請聯繫開發者
  • 資料查詢與刪除請求：您可以聯繫開發者要求查閱或刪除與您相關的所有資料

7. 兒童隱私

本機器人不會刻意收集 13 歲以下兒童的個人資訊。本機器人遵循 Discord 的服務條款，使用者須符合 Discord 的最低年齡要求。

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how the "Tome of Discord｜CoC TRPG Assistant" Discord Bot (hereinafter referred to as "the Bot") collects, uses, and protects your data. By using the Bot, you agree to the data processing practices described in this policy.

The Bot is a dice-rolling and game session assistant tool designed for the "Call of Cthulhu" (CoC) tabletop role-playing game, providing features such as dice commands, skill checks, and character creation.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Data Processed Automatically but Not Stored

  • Message Content: The Bot reads the content of messages sent by users solely for the purpose of real-time recognition of dice commands (e.g., cc 50, 2d6+3). Message content is parsed in memory and immediately discarded; it is never written to any database or log file.
  • Member Information: The Bot accesses server member lists (display names, avatar URLs) solely for real-time lookups required by the secret roll feature. No member data is stored.

  4. Operational Monitoring: Tracking command usage per server to detect abnormal activity and prevent abuse
  5. Session Reminders: Sending game session reminder notifications at scheduled times

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

  • We will not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party
  • We will not use data for advertising, marketing, or user analytics
  • The Bot's web panel login functionality is handled through unified Discord OAuth authentication by tome.rikastudio.com. The Bot only verifies JWT Tokens issued by that service and does not process the Discord OAuth flow itself

5. Data Storage and Security

  • Message Content Processing: This tool does not store any user conversation messages or original message content. All messages are parsed for commands in real-time in memory (RAM) only, and are immediately discarded after processing, leaving no records.
  • Functional Data Storage: Only "functional data" actively created by users (such as custom command names and web panel settings) is persistently stored. All data is stored in a SQLite database on a local server (VPS).
  • Sensitive Information Protection: Sensitive settings such as JWT signing keys and API Tokens are strictly managed through environment variables and are never written into source code or public repositories.

This tool does not have the capability to track user identities, nor does it transmit data to third-party services, advertisers, or external storage.

6. User Rights

You have the following rights:

  • Delete Custom Commands: Use remove command_name to delete custom commands you have created
  • Opt Out of Service: After removing the Bot from your server, the Bot will no longer process any messages from that server. If you also wish to delete the server's stored data (custom commands, usage statistics), please contact the developer
  • Data Inquiry and Deletion Requests: You may contact the developer to request access to or deletion of all data related to you

7. Children's Privacy

The Bot does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The Bot complies with Discord's Terms of Service, and users must meet Discord's minimum age requirements.

8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users through the Bot's official announcement channels. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically to stay informed of the latest updates.
